You know what I mean when I say I had an "off" day? Of course you do. This is one of the first times I think I can actually say I experienced PMS. I was on edge, upset about small things, non-communicative. I rapidly shifted between frustration/agitation and sadness. I left the Super Bowl party at the half and proceeded to pamper myself with a bath. A very purple bath.
